We have further information on the impact: this is causing a delay on the Dispute callback for some payments. We will work in recovering those once the fix is fully deployed.

We have assessed that the impact is on the Dispute webhook service, causing some payments to not successfully pass the authentication during a 3DS attempt. We have now updated the impact information, and continue working to have it resolved as soon as possible.
