Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Downstream network provider (Cloudflare) has resolved the degradation in the APAC region. Payment request and checkout latency has been restored to normal values.

Monitoring - We are currently experiencing downgraded performance in the APAC region due to a degradation of a downstream network provider (Cloudflare).

This has increased payment request and checkout latency. We are currently monitoring services impacted and are coordinating to identify possible mitigation measures.

Scheduled - We would like to inform you that our Observability product will experience a temporary interruption in data ingestion between 7 AM and 9 AM UTC on Sunday, 28th May, due to scheduled maintenance at a downstream provider. During this period, new data will not be ingested into the system. However, please note that historical data will still be accessible. This maintenance will impact both Dashboards and Monitors.
