The underlying issue causing stale data in the Reconciliation Dashboard and Reconciliation Reports has now been resolved. Due to the nature of the incident, there may be a delay before services fully return to normal. As a result, some reconciliation reports may not be published overnight. We’re currently experiencing issues with stale data in both the Reconciliation Dashboard and Reconciliation Reports. We have identified the cause of the issue as an outage with a third party provider.
We are working with the team to restore functionality
